2023-2024 Re-registration Process

Dear School Families:

Please read below regarding re-registration.  You must sign into your family account where you view your child’s grades to begin the process.  The instructions are below.  Also, if you need assistance, we are having a help session on January 5th from 3-6 PM at the school.   You will not be able to go to the website to enroll as in previous years.

John Paul II Regional School’s administration and staff are already looking ahead and making plans for next school year. In preparation for the start of the 2023-2024 school year, please take time now to complete you child’s reenrollment.

To complete our online reenrollment process, you will access our Family Portal through your existing login. If you do not have a login, please follow the Instructions for Creating a Family Portal Login listed below.

To access Family Portal:

  • Please go to FACTS Family Portal
  • Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided
  • Go to left-side Navigation Menu
  • Click on Apply/Enroll
  • Click on Enrollment/Reenrollment

Our Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet for Hazel. The process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later. If you have any questions, please contact our office.

Instructions for Creating a Family Portal Login
  • Please go to FACTS Family Portal
  • Select Create New Family Portal Account
  • Enter your email address as provided in your application to the school.
  • Click Create Account
  • You will receive an email from FACTS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes this link will remain active for 6 hours.
  • Log into Family Portal as instructed above.

St. John Paul II Regional School has as its top priority to increase enrollment in our school. We encourage our families to share their enthusiasm for our school with family members, neighbors, co-workers, parishioners, and others.

Important New Bingo Information

Beginning July 1st, it will be mandatory that every family work three (3) bingos. Please review the letters and contract below. Families may sign up immediately. For every bingo you work, your name will be entered into a drawing to win $1,000 off your tuition for the 2021-2022 school year. The prize will be awarded in January 2022. If your tuition is paid off, a credit will be given for the 2022-2023 school year. No cash will be given, this is strictly a tuition credit.
All families will still earn a Dress Down Pass for every three (3) bingos they work.
Families may start signing up immediately. We will need help over the summer.

Re-Registration and New Registration for 2022-2023

We are pleased to begin our Re-Registration Process for our current families.  Please note that there are several classes that have waitlists, so please make sure you hold your child’s/children’s spot today!  SJPII Registration Form

Our 2022-2023 Registration Process 

  • Registration prior to 12/23 for current families will be $75 per child.
  • Registration from 12/23 – 2/18/22 for current families will be $100 per child.
  • Registration from 2/18/22 -3/17/22 for current families will be $125 per child
  • Registration from 3/17/22 onwards will be $150 per child
New Families Registration fee will be $125 per child
