Basketball is available to boys and girls in grades 3-8. Students are placed according to age and ability on Varsity or Junior Varsity teams. Announcements about practices and games schedules are sent home electronically or posted on the website.
Basic shooting and dribbling skills are taught as well as all the positions, rules and conduct expected.
Children will participate in scrimmages with other area Catholic schools. The games begin in late November and run through early March, usually one weekday and one weekend day depending on gym availability.
